Really good Stay at Palm House
spacious room dyson hair dryer
I stayed three nights in a Palm House lagoon room. The room features a terrace. It was spacious and the bathroom felt luxurious. The bathroom included a high-end Dyson Supersonic(TM) hair dryer. Mr Shahed Hussain, the buggy rider, provided great service.

Absolutely good experience!
fun boat great food really good service
The kids' pool became our favorite spot. A boat ride back to our villa was fun. The food was great plus the service exceeded my expectations. Sanjeeva, our boat trip guide, is also an amazing photographer. Shekawat, Sivaram, Rajnikant, Subhash, Rakesh, Mohammed, and Khalil deserve a special shoutout for their really good service.
The check-in process was a little slow.

The resort offers boat rides to different villas. It is a unique experience. Courtyards exist with fountains in each villa, excellent socializing. There is also a souk styled like old Arabia within the resort. It is AMAZING!

The resort provides a unique natural setting, somewhat rare. Gardens have diverse trees, waterways. varied bird species. The surrounding area is very quiet. i loved this.

My garden-view room included a bidet, a plus. Villas can be reached by boat, golf buggy or even walking. A fountain courtyard in each villa enables guests to gather. It was super relaxing!

The breakfast buffet offers many options. I saw fresh omelettes getting prepared. Several restaurants cater to different tastes. I really appreciated the diverse choices available. They were great!

Each villa has its own butler available 24 hours. Porters handle luggage quickly plus reception staff completes check-in smoothly. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I felt pampered.

the buildings have a traditional style. the internal finishings are very nice throughout. i also appreciated the variety of options at the full buffet breakfast (especially the pastries). the quality of food was great.
the butler service was not always available in the villa. i found this inconvenient. the check-in process was slow. i didn't like this because it took a long time.

my palm house lagoon room had a terrace with villa access. the spacious room included a luxury bathroom complete with a dyson supersonic hair dryer. i was also able to access the villas by boat using the e-butler service which was very convenient. i also enjoyed the courtyard with a fountain providing a relaxing space.

i had a vegetarian lunch at atrangi with flavorful spicy dhal. the dhal included shreds of ginger accompanied by fluffy rice. the service in all the restaurants was fast and efficient, very pleasant.

the grounds are well kept and the whole lagoon is set up fantastically. there are golden horse statues and a fountain near the entrance. the hotel splits downtown and the marina providing easy access to both.

the room had good water pressure in the shower area. the bed was very comfortable and large. the outdoor area was visited by peacocks and peahens, entertaining and peaceful.

The staff was superb. Iliys' butler service stood out. kamrul prepared and cleaned our room very well. I appreciated it. joseph, a waiter at le promenade, was friendly and knowledgeable. i felt these staff helped to.

The room was a Malakiya 2-Bedroom Complimentary Aperitifs Exclusive Pools Villa Butler Airport Transfer & Wild Wadi Waterpark(TM) access. It had exclusive pools. The aperitifs served were quite nice and I enjoyed them each evening.
The check-in process was slow, I did not appreciate that. The AC was not very cold, and it was not fixed quickly, I had to ask several times.
